3 Weeks Later

As you read, I had a great 1st week. Being down 4 lbs is awesome. I'm sure it was just a shock to my system, because the following week I actually gained 2 lbs.
I didn't over eat this week to gain that weight back, but I'm pretty sure I had a bit too much salt the day before weigh in. No biggie... onward and upward. Pick up and keep going.

The following week was a great week, losing those 2 lbs back.
The week after that, last week I was down another 2 so I seem to be on a roll, a good roll.

My total so far for the 5 weeks is down 7.8 lbs.   Its not too bad!
At this point, my body is starting to change, thank goodness. My jeans are all fitting just a little bit better. I still have a long way to go, but I really need to focus on short term goals.. not so much the big picture, although the big picture is truly within reach.
